Launch ($99) and Scale ($249) are published one-time prices that cover the full engagement scope and deliverables listed on the tier card. Enterprise is call-for-quote: the team shares a tailored proposal after a short scoping call. You only pay the price shown — no platform commission, no matchmaking fee, no hidden step-up charge.
              Launch ($99) is one fractional executive, 2 weeks of async expert access, a kickoff scope doc, and 1 milestone review — best when you have a single well-defined outcome. Scale ($249) adds 2 supporting specialists, 4 weeks of expert time, 2 milestone reviews, and 1 written deliverable — best when you need broader coverage across a multi-step workstream. Enterprise is custom-scoped for multi-track, multi-quarter programs — pricing on request, scoped against your specific outcomes.
              No. The price on each tier card is the price you pay — Stripe processes the charge through ExpertStackHub's Stripe Connect account and that's the entire invoice. Expert time, scope doc, milestone reviews, and the written deliverable on Scale are all included. We do not sell add-on hours, premium briefs, or platform access separately. If your workstream grows beyond the engagement scope, your expert will recommend upgrading tiers rather than tacking on billable extras.
              Every expert passes a credential check (verified employment and project history), a specialty review against their stated engagements, and — for non-demo profiles — automated LinkedIn profile matching via Jaro-Winkler similarity against publicly listed pages. Experts must complete a paid onboarding ($19 listing fee) before going live, which filters out cold-list noise. Each profile carries a verification score, verification timestamp, and prior-engagement references you can request before checkout.
              Once Stripe confirms payment we unlock the engagement immediately and email your receipt plus a kickoff link within minutes. The matched expert reaches out within one business day to schedule the kickoff scope session. Launch engagements typically reach their first milestone within 2 weeks; Scale within 4 weeks. Enterprise timelines are negotiated in the scoping call and recorded in the proposal.
              One-time. Launch and Scale are single Stripe charges — there is no recurring billing, no auto-renewal, and no subscription tier tied to the engagement. You pay once and complete the engagement. Enterprise is a custom proposal, also invoiced once unless the proposal explicitly scopes a multi-quarter program. We will never silently rebill you; if you want a second engagement you start a new checkout.
              If we cannot match you to a vetted expert within 5 business days of payment, you receive a full refund automatically — no support ticket required. After the expert is matched, our standard refund policy applies (see /refund-policy for the full terms covering partial-completion, scope-change, and dispute resolution). Cancel before the kickoff scope session and you keep the full refund window; cancel after the kickoff and we scope a partial refund based on work delivered to date.
              Yes. Every Stripe receipt carries our company name (ExpertStackHub), the tier slug (launch / scale / enterprise), the USD amount, and the Stripe payment_intent id. The receipt renders as a standard email receipt that drops into any expense tool (Brex, Ramp, Expensify, NetSuite) and matches against your bank's merchant-of-record line. Enterprise buyers receive a custom invoice matched to their PO requirements on request.
